Pwder coated in white, black or brown.

Made to be removeable by easy release locks in case of emergency exit etc, as option to standard fixing.

FIXED MESH GRILLES

Materials Used
Frame:
1" x 1" angle r similar with fixing holes to suit reveal or face fixing.

In Fill:
Mesh can be either dimond or square depending on apperance required and insurance specification.

Finish:
Galvanised or Powder coated or both.

Specification:
Mesh is welded into angle frame on reverse side so welds do not show. Can be made removable if required.

FIXED BAR GRILLES

Materials Used
Frame:
30 x 30 mm, box section steel, 3mm wall.

Bars In Fill:
20mm or 16mm round.
Finish:
Galvanised or Powder coated or both.

Specification:
Bars are drilled into a box frame and either left to spin or can be track welded. Holes are drilled for either face fix or reveal fix and screw heads are hidden in box section frame with cover caps covering holes. Frame is then siliconed into position to add strength and apperance.
